To ensure fair play and overall satisfaction, all orders are thoroughly checked for defects before they are shipped to you. Hence, we will not be responsible for the item after we have delivered your item. All items that are bought through us will not be exchangeable / returnable / refundable due to unsatisfactory but limited to defects/size/color/item error which final decision is made / approved by our management for an exchange.
Material and quality issues are a subjective matter due to the colors of each monitor/phone/tablet varies. We do not guarantee that the item seen in the photographs will be exactly the same as what you would be receiving. Slight color difference is to be expected because of varying display settings and lighting conditions when the item was photographed. However, we can assure customers that the item color will not be a big issue over here. If you have any concerns, please do get in touch with us first before ordering the item.
All Products will be shipped to you in the standard box or hard covered envelop.
Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong product/size/color to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for exchange and refund. The customer can return the goods delivered provided the goods are in good proper order.
A replacement shall be made for Products return within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned Product by us. Shipping and handling charges are strictly non refundable. You shall be responsible for the cost incurred when returning the Product unless it's our mistake for sending wrong Product to you .
Any payment made is strictly non refundable except for excess payment or undelivered Product. An additional of USD 5.00 is charged for each refund or a deduction of 4% for credit card transaction. However, please note that shipping charges is NOT included in the refund.
